How to order?

When we receive your order, we will announce the delivery term to you and prepare a pro-forma invoice. In case of large-scale orders we require a downpayment of 50% before we start the production.

We will let you know when your order is completed. Then you have to transfer the rest of the payment to our bank account. After receiving it, we will ship your order immediately.

We offer special conditions and discounts to our regular customers.

Minimum orders

50 pcs of each style, size and color.
If you would like to order lesser ammounts, please contact us, we will try to meet your requirements. We can also send you a swatch, which includes always one piece from each type and color.

Conditions of shipment

The transport and customs charges will be added to the total price on the invoice.

Payment

The payment has to be transfered to our bank account.

The delivery terms

The delivery terms depend on the the size and selection of the order, and will be specified immediately after you send us the order. If you want to know the delivery term before you order, please contact us.

Complaints

Exceptionally it could happen, that some beads get splitted. If the number of splitted beads is higher than a tolerable degree, we will return the money to you or send you new beads in our costs.

Because our beads are handmade, they are not all the same! Each piece is an original and for that reason we don't handle complaints related to the design and fine color differences. The given sizes can be different about cca ±3mm.
